Most results are ready the same day, and urgent requests from the wards and emergency department are prioritised.
Every report is verified by two doctors before it is released, adding a second check on top of the technologist's work. Outpatients booking through the OPD receive a 10% discount on laboratory charges, and results can be collected in person or sent on to your referring doctor.
