A plan built around what you actually eat

A first session covers your current diet, routine and any medical condition the plan needs to work around, whether that is diabetes, weight management, pregnancy or recovery after surgery. From this, a dietitian writes an individual plan rather than handing over a generic sheet.

For patients already admitted, ward reviews are available so meals can be matched to what the treatment plan actually needs, and adjusted as recovery progresses rather than left unchanged for the whole stay.
